Terms of Service

Almenso is a neutral directory that helps customers find local businesses and contact them directly (call/WhatsApp). Almenso is not a party to any dealing, transaction, booking or payment between a customer and a business, and we do not provide the listed services ourselves.

Business information is provided by the owners. We try to keep it tidy but do not verify or guarantee accuracy, prices, availability or quality. Basic listing is free; we may offer optional paid features in future, and basic listings will remain free. We may edit, reject, suspend or remove any listing — 18+/adult, illegal, misleading or spam content is not allowed.

The operator also runs a business (Anil Enterprises) which may be listed on Almenso. Such listings follow the same rules as every other listing and get no preferential ranking or treatment.

When you contact a business or request a callback, you consent to your name and phone number being shared with that business. Any agreement, service, payment or dispute is strictly between you and the business — please verify details yourself before dealing.

Provide accurate information; don’t post unlawful, infringing, adult or misleading content; and don’t misuse the site or other people’s data.

The Almenso name, design and content are ours. Business-supplied content remains the owner’s; by listing, owners grant us a licence to display it on Almenso.

Almenso is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from listings, enquiries, dealings between users and businesses, or use of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nainital / Haldwani, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction.
